✅ You will receive Four Packages consisting of the Following Items:
1. Complete Headboard
2. Complete Foot End
3. A Set of Side Rails ( Centre Support If Ordering Double or King Size Bed)
4. A Set of Solid Wooden Slats

✅ Assembly Instructions
Very easy to assembly takes a maximum of 15 minutes
The only tool you need is a spanner
The headboard & footboard have brackets that are pre-attached to them. There are a total of 8 bolts that will need to be loosened
Once they are loose, you can hook the side rails in and then tighten the bolts
Then you need to place the supplied center bar in the U-brackets which are also pre-attached to the headboard & footboard (Note: There is no center bar for a 3ft bed
Lastly, Place the slats across the bed (there are no screws needed to fix these in place)

Please Provide a valid Address & Contact number when placing your order if this is not received this may result in a delay of delivery as the courier may not carry out delivery until this is provided. All deliveries are to the front door of your property. If you reside in a block of flats delivery is to the ground floor of the building only.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Any region above Aberdeen, or any other offshore islands.
The following postcodes will incur a delivery extra surcharge:
KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, BT, TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH, SP in addition to the following areas – any area North of Glasgow, The Grampians, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands Devon, and Cornwall.
✅ Return & Refund
Return is accepted within 30 days, Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging & unused.
We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience, we are so confident that your order will go smoothly, Every item is made-to-order, exclusively made for an individual, and fully inspected by quality control team before leaving our business premises, this will be very unlikely that you will receive a faulty product, however, if you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please call us or email within 48 hrs of delivery if you realize your item is faulty or we have delivered the wrong item. We will try to resolve your issue asap, by sending a replacement or issue a refund.
However, please note that if there is no fault associated with the item we will not refund the return postage (will Deduct postage charges & only refund the original cost of the item).
